Common Questions

Is there a limit on the number of courses?

You can make as many Private Label courses as you want. However, each course can only be added to your account once. You can’t have multiples of the same Private Label course.

What content is included in the courses?

Course content can include lessons with audio and/or video, quizzes, a final test, and a certificate of completion. Log in and view the page for each course for more information.

Can I change the content?

In order to ensure courses meet State requirements, content cannot be altered. However, you can change certain default settings to personalize the course. See the video above for more information.

Do you update the content?

Yes, we update Private Label content to keep up with the latest State requirements. Changes are available immediately for students taking the courses.
