With course assignment, you can quickly give courses to any linked guard so you can track their progress and download their certificates of completion when they finish.

Common Questions

What does it cost to assign courses?

You only pay when you train, per course per guard. Prices vary by course and type (i.e. Private Label versus custom content). Log in and click Private Label to view current pricing.

Can I assign Private Label courses?

Yes, you can assign both Private Label and custom courses to your linked guards.

Can I track progress for every course?

You can view progress for any course you assign. If a guard gets a course through Guard Boss from another company or training facility, however, it will only be visible for you after they complete it.

What if I assign a course the guard already has?

The original version of the course will be archived and the guard’s account will show the new version.
